We are thrilled to have you join the Day Early Learning family. Here are your next steps to ensure a smooth transition into our center on your expected start date:

Step 2:

Attend your Meet & Greet*

*Someone from your child’s school will reach out to you to schedule this visit.

Step 3:

Documentation needed

Please bring the following items to your scheduled Meet & Greet appointment.

or recent well-child check, signed by a doctor. Download the physical form if you need one.

(you will need to provide your child’s most current)

For Infants ages 6 weeks to 11 months

For infants ages 6 weeks to 11 months, your physician will also need to complete an Infant Feeding Plan and Powdered Formula form (if applicable). You can print the document or pick up a paper copy from the school. 

Note: Your child’s start date could be delayed if the above documentation is not provided during your Meet & Greet.
