If it is too cold to play outside, bring the snow inside2009-02-062009-02-06https://dayearlylearning.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/delnew.pngDay Early Learninghttps://dayearlylearning.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/delnew.png200px200px
Toddlers at the Day Nursery Clarian center play with fresh snow in their water table.
I’m subtitling today’s post “Phone it in Friday” because that is how I got this picture. The ever-resourceful Patty Fisher, Day Nursery Director of Curriculum and Accreditation, snapped this shot on her cell phone when she was visiting the Day Nursery Clarian Center on Wednesday. Because it was too cold to go outside, the staff in the Toddler2 classroom brought the snow inside to the children. They are wearing their art smocks to help keep their shirts dry. Sure beats going outside bundled up!
