What age group do you teach?
I am in a pre-k classroom.
How long have you worked at Day Early Learning?
I have been working at Day Early Learning for about 9 months.
When did you know you wanted to work with children?
I knew I wanted to work with children when I tried out student teaching in high school and enjoyed every minute of it!
How do you like to spend your free time?
In my free time, I like to go to the gym or just relax.
What is/was your favorite children’s book?
I have two: The Day the Crayons Quit and The Gruffalo.
What was the last moment that caused you to stop and remember why you love teaching and working with children?
I always have that moment whenever parents thank me and tell me how much they appreciate what I do for their child.
What is your favorite thing about working at Day Early Learning?
I love how friendly everyone is and how many resources they provide. Being a teacher, that is really helpful.
What other interesting facts do you want us to know about you?
I love reading to the children because I really like children’s books and I sometimes find myself enjoying them more than my kids!
