The Wonder of Learning exhibit from Reggio Emilia wraps up next month

A Reggio inspired exhibit of bird houses hangs above Mr. Toby's preschool classroom at the Day Nursery Clarian Center.

The third and final conference hosted by the Indianapolis Reggio Collaborative in conjunction with The Wonder of Learning -The Hundred Languages of Children from Reggio Emilia, Italy will be held December 11-12, 2009. The focus of this conference will be to address issues of diversity and social justice for all young children because all children have the right to the highest quality of learning experiences. Presenters include Barbara Acton, Executive Director of The Childhood League Center of Columbus, Ohio and Dr. Lilian Katz, leading authority of early childhood education in the United States.

The Wonder of Learning -The Hundred Languages of Children will be on display at the Indiana Statehouse until December 18.
