Which Day Early Learning center do you work at?
Federal Building.

What age group do you teach?
I am in a two-and-a-half to three-year-old’s classroom.

How long have you worked at Day Early Learning?
I just started working for Day Early Learning about six months ago.

When did you know you wanted to work with children?
When I was 17, I used to do craft with the kids where I lived.

How do you like to spend your free time?
Interior decorating and reading children’s books.

What is/was your favorite children’s book?
The Giving Tree.

What was the last moment that caused you to stop and remember why you love teaching and working with children?
When I worked with a 3-year-old and saw him try to draw something I was modeling. He was so excited and proud of what he did. I saw his face light up and it made me feel so happy about my job.

What is your favorite thing about working at Day Early Learning?
Watching the children learn and grow.

What other interesting facts do you want us to know about you?
I am artistic and creative.
