How do I create a new account?

Your tuition invoice provides you with a link and instructions to the Day Early Learning tuition portal. The first time you visit, you can click “Don’t have an account” to create your account. You will be asked for some invoice information on your first visit, including your name as it appears on the invoice and your ZIP code, invoice number, due date and amount due.

From there, you will use your email address as your user ID, create a password and accept the terms of service. Your password must be at least 8 characters; have at least one number or symbol but may not start with a special character; have at least one upper case and one lower case letter; and cannot be the same as any of the last 10 (ten) passwords used.

After that initial visit, you will only need your email address and password to log in to your account.

Where can I access Day Early Learning’s online tuition payment portal?

Visit Day Early Learning’s tuition payment portal online. You can visit the portal on your desktop, tablet or smartphone.

Where can I find the information required to create an account?

You can find your invoice number, due date and amount due in your most recent invoice. Tuition invoice emails have this information both within the body of the email and within the attached invoice.

How do I add my bank account information?

To add your payment information in the Day Early Learning tuition payment portal, hover over the gear icon and click “Bank Accounts.” Then, click “Add Bank Account.” From there, you will be asked to add your bank or credit card information and agree to the Bill.com terms of service.

How do I pay an open invoice?

To pay an invoice, first click the “Pay Outstanding Bills” button on your portal homepage.
Then, select the check box next to “Pay in Full” on the left side of the screen.
Finally, choose the account you’d like to pay with and then click “Pay.”

If you do not have any current payment accounts, you will have the chance to click “Add Bank Account” button to add your payment information.

What payment methods are accepted?

Day Early Learning families can use our online payment portal to pay tuition with both bank and credit card accounts and with e-payments. E-Payments can be made directly from your bank or credit card account and can also be set up to auto-pay your tuition. Credit card services are accepted through our online payment portal through Vantage Card Services and PayTrace. We do not currently accept PayPal.

To pay your invoice with a paper check, cash or money order, visit your center’s office manager.

If you would like to pay tuition monthly or bi-monthly, visit your center’s office manager to set up a new payment plan.

How do I set up auto-pay?

Auto-pay can be set up within the online tuition portal. With auto-pay, tuition payments are withdrawn from your selected bank account or credit card on the invoice due date.

To set up auto-pay, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Day Early Learning tuition portal
  2. Hover over the gear icon and then click “Auto Pay is Off”
  3. Click the edit icon
  4. Select “Automatically Pay Bills”
  5. Enter the maximum amount you would like to pay for any individual bill
  6. Enter your bank account and/or credit card details
  7. Click “Save”
Can I pay using a mobile app?

Yes, Day Early Learning’s tuition portal uses the Bill.com system. To access your account from the Bill.com app, you first need to download it. It is available at the iTunes App Store and in the Google Play Store. If you have questions about using the Bill.com mobile app, please visit this support article.

If I had an outstanding balance in the old portal, will it show in the new portal?

Yes, all account information move from our old invoice and payment system to the new one, so credits and balances can be viewed on the new tuition payment portal.

Will current auto-payments roll over to the new system?

To continue making auto-payments, families will need to first activate their new account on the tuition portal and set up an auto-pay account. If you have questions about setting up auto-pay, please review the FAQ “How do I set up auto-pay” above or visit your center’s office manager.

Can I still use Click-to-Pay for tuition payments?

To make a payment via credit card or bank account after January 31, visit the Day Early Learning tuition payment portal. Click-to-Pay will not be connected to your account after that date.

What if I already have a Bill.com account?

Great! If you already use Bill.com with the same email account that you use with Day Early Learning, you will not need to set up a new account. You can use your existing credit card or bank account payments or add a new one to make Day Early Learning payments.

If you are currently using a different email address to log in to bill.com and wish to use the same account for your Day Early Learning tuition payments, please contact your center’s office manager to update your invoice email.

Is there a charge for setting up an account in the new payment portal?

Day Early Learning families can use our tuition payment portal at no cost.
