Where can I access Day Early Learning’s online tuition payment portal?

Customers can access Invoiced through the emails for weekly invoicing, or they can reach out to us at tuition@dayearlylearning.org to request a secure link to their account.

Where can I find the information required to create an account?

You can find your invoice number, due date and amount due in your most recent invoice. Tuition invoice emails have this information both within the body of the email and within the attached invoice.

How do I pay an open invoice?

To pay an invoice, first click the “Pay Outstanding Bills” button on your portal homepage.
Then, select the check box next to “Pay in Full” on the left side of the screen.
Finally, choose the account you’d like to pay with and then click “Pay.”

If you do not have any current payment accounts, you will have the chance to click “Add Bank Account” button to add your payment information.

Will current auto-payments roll over to the new system?

To continue making auto-payments, families will need to first activate their new account on the tuition portal and set up an auto-pay account. If you have questions about setting up auto-pay, please review the FAQ “How do I set up auto-pay” above or visit your center’s office manager.

Is there a charge for setting up an account in the new payment portal?

Day Early Learning families can use our tuition payment portal at no cost.
