Emily Rouge

Emily has been with Day Early Learning since 2016 and holds a bachelor’s degree in primary and early childhood education along with a master’s degree and PhD in human development and family studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. In her role, she helps team members measure the impact of Day Early Learning classrooms practice and the quality of care provided to children in the programs. Emily is also an avid podcast fan and enjoys gardening, reading and spending time with friends.
