With more than 12 years’ experience in early childhood education, Erica Stephen began her journey in a high school after-school program and went on to teach preschoolers.

With degrees in Early Childhood Education and Business Leadership, Erica combines heart and expertise to create joyful learning experiences. Inspired by her mom’s home child care center, she’s always loved being around children and finds joy in their honesty and energy. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her dog, Winnie, an Australian Shepherd.
