With over a decade of experience in early childhood education and a Masters in Early Childhood General and Special Education, Eryca is a dedicated advocate for nurturing young minds. As a teacher and director in various organizations, she believes in supporting the whole child and fostering a sense of community among families. Eryca’s passion for education extends to her involvement in the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), while she also enjoys expressing herself through writing, singing, and photography in her free time.
