Nicole’s focus is on establishing and fostering relationships with the children and families in her care to provide a positive school experience that fosters a love of learning. She brings 14 years of experience in the field of early childhood education and has served in a variety of roles including case manager, infant/toddler teacher, education supervisor for Early Head/Head Start and multiple leadership positions at the Purdue Early Care Center. Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary child development and family life with a minor in psychology from Indiana State University.
