Patty FisherDirector of Center Administration

Patty Fisher is the Director of Center Administration for our Day Early Learning centers. Patty provides guidance in adherence to all regulatory agency’s rules and regulations for operating. Patty has over 30 years of experience in the field of early childhood center operations in several states. Patty holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Indiana University, early childhood credentials level 9 and 11 from North Carolina and an Indiana teaching license. Patty has completed graduate hours at Purdue University and is pursuing a Project Management Professional Certification from Ivy Tech Community College.

Through its three primary programs, Early Learning Indiana provides leadership, advocacy and early childhood education services to continually improve the early learning landscape in Indiana.
Provides early care and education to more than 1,300 children annually from six weeks to six years of age
Provides coaching, trainings and resources to early care programs and helps families navigate child care options to six counties in Central Indiana
Assists early education programs across Indiana achieve higher levels of quality, build capacity, and train good teachers
