Seana MurphyVice President of Program Operations

Seana is the Vice President of Program Operations. In this role, she manages personnel, policies and procedures that allow Day Early Learning centers to provide high-quality education and care. Prior to this role she provided leadership to Ivy Tech Community College as the Assistant Vice President of Admissions and Enrollment Management and to the State of Indiana as the State Director 21st Century Scholars Program. Seana holds a master’s degree in theological studies from Christian Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from DePauw University.

Through its three primary programs, Early Learning Indiana provides leadership, advocacy and early childhood education services to continually improve the early learning landscape in Indiana.
Provides early care and education to more than 1,300 children annually from six weeks to six years of age
Provides coaching, trainings and resources to early care programs and helps families navigate child care options to six counties in Central Indiana
Assists early education programs across Indiana achieve higher levels of quality, build capacity, and train good teachers
